8210 with very weak network

hey
ive got an 8210 with a very weak RX signal. In netmonitor is always around the -109 or totally gone. In Wintesal RSSI is around -120. This problem appears on both 900 / 1800 mhz. What could it be? I want to make sure what it is before I start blidnly replacing parts. TX is OK

Scaramouche ,

Check at AFC from Cobba , or AFC not under control !
it is TCXO problem or COBBA !

maaaan, have I had a bad day. I took the cobba off, reballed it, nad went to put it on. I must have used too much heat or liquid flux, because suddenly there was a loud pop & every capacitor in that large bank near cobba jumped right off the board. . resoldered all 12 of them back, but now iam getting cobba parallel failure. Iam going to rework cobba again or change it. BUGGER
