8250 repaired cs, but hangs - GSM-Forum

i have 3 8250 w/ cs (eeprom corrupt) problem, i have repaired it with flashing virgin eeprom and cs gone.. everything ok on the first day.... on the second day the phone freezes to the point that it can't be used. i upgrade the phone flashing mcu+ppm, then flash virgin eeprom, still the phone hangs...what is the proper way of flashing 8250 to avoid this hang problem, or is it hardware?

hi man
try to flash this phone full flash with epprom but try to give it old virgin ....if its still hange try to hot in the flash ic ..it must the reason of this hange ...thanx and regards

i have the same pb but this not software is hardware pb.

i hope to solve your problem the 8250 phone allwayes have this problem if u cant repair it soft ware ..u can repair it hard ware by changing the ram from the phone its the reason of hang and its the reason too of contact service
