8310 accept flash but can't power on - GSM-Forum

Hi Mates,

Please need your help with 2 dead phones 8310 can’t accept flash , I changed UPP then both got full flash , but still can’t power on , what to check next ? I used NeelixII for flashing. I read about this topic in similar messages about reheat or reballing UEM , for me I think no problem with UEM any more help please ?

the problem sure in the uem the phone read and wirte all the flash so the flash ic working and upp is o.k if you have good chance the prodidgi help in this becuse it wrote the rotin of the flsahing process by check out the ic.s status
they read the flash ic kind no and upp asic and no and ver also the uem its tells some reading help .. so i m affraid you must work in the uem

Flash phone with some old version - under 4.xx - if phone pover on contact service, but you cant unlock it for SP data rebuild - then problem for sure come from UEM - just change it...

Check Hagar, 26Mhz Osc and 32Khz crystal.
