Thanks Bert for reply.
I already upgraded my 8310, so i flashed it all
When reading phonebook names with cable on and connected to
AFD, i see phone is switching on Normal.
Although i get error reading phonebook with AFD.

After disconnect it all, i get contact service when i put phone ON, or
when i try to charge it.
I think hardware...

If phone is dropped some part is loose.
Only need to know which part can cause that, so i can reflow or reball.

regards
Sjakie

Hi,

Do not try to do anything on that phone until you now exactly what cause Contact Service because you have 100% chances to destroy the phone.
I seen many 8310 destroyed by wrong soldering and all that was wrong was first sw version 3.07...

Check with Phoenix what cause Contact Service because sw will display that and you will now exactly what is the problem.

if its not sw than mostly caused due to the uem ic-- but if u change that with some other than - after uplaoding the sw- u get 4 locks closed--( well-- its my experience)
so yet no solution to this -- -- wait for good times

Ok, thnaks all for reply.

I tried with phoenix, but got error in going different mode.
I tried to go in local mode with other programm, after installing DKwin files, Phoenix doesnt work any more (

Thats always a problem with me.
Even Wintesla gives me all kind off error after installing new programms...

So if someone can sell me PK1 dongle for phoenix and wintesla i will save time in solving software problems )

I have schematic and hex file for dongle but i have no patient to
build one my self.
If someone sells complete soft and dongle for reasonable price
ill take it.

About UEM replacement, can i try to reflow that part ?
Or is that certain dead off phone ?
