i can flash
upgrade downgrade

i need information guidelines how to repair this phone

Try to flash with lowest version first. If don't powr up, flash with highest version and make "reset after update SW". Some old phones don't work with new FW and some new phones dont work with old FW.

try 5.54 version
and reset locks when your phone finish full flashing and on screen must see LOCAL MODE
100% tested

yes i have check its 100% if u have install the 1st last ver and then reset every thing

IF 32.768 working well, then replace UEM and flash rom !

upgrade it again,,you can't downgrade 6.04 to 5.55,,just to 5.80

may sound stupid if you have gone into changing chips etc but have you checked its not something simple like the on/off switch as i have had to change dozens of these on 8310, mainly due to ill fitting non genuine fascias lifting them off the pcb pads.

as i said above sometimes we look passed the obvious to the difficult (apologies if you have checked this)

BUT, most time, after flash phone, phone must "auto" show in test mode !

i resolve a lot of theses problems by reballing uem when phone communicate, flashing succeful but not power on
try it

hi just do it with the oldest ver i am sure that yours problem will be solved i have done alooooooooot of fone which have flash but cant be on and also cant be gone in the localmode automatically or manually
so u also check it install the oldest ver of 8310
