8310 flash problem - GSM-Forum

I got nokia 8310, when i try to flash, this is what i got

1st boot OK, but then a box appear and say "UNKNOWN FLASH MANUFACTURER"

what is the problem??

hay thare it is Flash ic prob just clean it and resold it but becarefull this will do it and if doent change it this ll work

the flash ic ball is very small, any tips to reball the the ic? i try to reball but very hard.
