from here it is hard to help since we dont have the phone at hand.

Try to get anothe good one and compare the main contacts and follow back using a multimeter. Can take you sometime to arrive at the problem but that is troubleshooting

However i presume that you have either a broken track or else something near or problem with UEM itself since this one contains the beloved Cobba now.

g luck mate

And you could test buzzer first,just take 5V battery and connect it on + and -
on buzzer.So if you hear any sound,itīs ok and you have to check other components and tracks between them(you can do it easily if you have service manuals).

@gjurobord...

A 5 Volts onboard !!! , it is very risky man . the components of the mobile phones are CMOS construction , the unit volt level here is 1,8 volt appliying a 5volts on board is very risky and it may dammage any thing on it specialy the UEM ( the power manegment device ).

By the use of a multimeter on a resistance meter U can mesure the resistance of the buzzer ( around 16 Ohm ) , as U see so simple

@ gsmnice

1. First try to follow the service manual mate. Preferabbly do use the proper tools else it will be harder.

2. If not possible try comapre to another good board.

NEVER EVER try heating the board or applying voltages at random unless you are 100% sure what you are doing. Phones are delicate and a careless move can mean a dead set of chips and not worthwhile to fix.

Yeah,5V can be heavy for phone but till now I had no problems with that.
Iīm doing it only when i suspect on water damage or if someone has already repaired phone and havenīt cleaned the board properlly(buzzer can be glued with rests of flux or oxidated) and you canīt see that and the resistance can still be correct,isnīt it?
