8310 water damaged is dead.

remove flash rom and UPP and UEM , and Hager
and let PCB have clean very will !
then reball all BGA parts !

then make sure, that TCXO 26 to hager is working, and 13Mhz from Hager to UPP is ok!
then check 32.768 Khz sleep clock !
