Nokia 3200 Connection error - GSM-Forum

Hi,

My daughters Nokia 3200 startet having connection problems. When turning on the phone it gets the signal (most of the time), but when trying to make a call it suddenly says "error on connection" and the it has lost the signal.

Can it be the antenna?

PS. After a while it seems that it gets the signal back - and no it's not in an area with bad signals.

try to flash the phone first, do you know how to eraseflash, write normal flash, write good pm, unlock, if all done but not slove check and change swicth anntena and PA

if its not SW problem.. open the phone and replacee the antenna switch.!

And what do you mean by antenna switch - is it the same as the antenna?
