Smile 8800 restart


got to solve the restart problem in 8800
tried every thing which the software work can do flashed it with the latest version
changed pm pp and all that can do with the software but still no result
and finally i thought it is a hardware problem so if somebody can solve it

i can reflow.. but reball is much more successful

but i wish i could 'refly' cos then id be the best phone repairer ever ... haha

second thoughts, id be happy if i knew what refly even is?

Hi brothers.

its my tested and its sw problem 100%.


(1) 1st full erase the phone.

(2) 2nd flash with 3.94 version only mcu ppm.

then check your phone without pm .

your phone will be ok then write pm.

i trust to me.

if you solved it, it doesnt mean you have 100% solution.
100% solution is:
1) sw methods (what you say - only MCU????? well,
your customer will be VERY glad for it's EMPTY phone!!) .
if does not help -
2) reball ALL bga chips, including CPU+Flash (sandwich).
