whenever i change a flash loader/ice on nokia phones from one phone to another,the phones power on but with a corupt serial no.y is it so?then i always change uem in order to get a good working phone.it costs me alot so if anyone can help me,i dont wanna change uem any more.plz help.

It's perfectly normal to have corrupted imei after changing flash IC, simply because imei stored in flash has to be the same as the one stored in UEM.
If you want to repair it without changing UEM, you'll need an RPL from the same imei stored in UEM. There is two options available:
1- Backup RPL before changing flash IC, then restore it.
2- Use ASK->RPL calculation, available by logs from Griffin server, for example.

FONTELENSE,
i use ufsx series.how do i back up rpls on phones which cant power on?these phones are always unknown flash problems when you try to flash even if you reball the chip.how do i backup this?

unknown flash , the mean flash was dead.
how to make backup?????????

If the phone is dead you cannot backup rpl so the solution is rpl calculation or put another UEM that is empty (after you changed flash IC if is faulty) and program it with any rpl .

i always change two things as i told you.flash loader and uem in order to get a good working phone but i want any way whereby if am to change flashloader,uem doesnt corupt.any way?if its only uem,it doesnt need flash loader changing.but when flash loader,it needs uem too.ooh plz help me coz some new model phones,i dont have uems for them and i want to repair them.i cant let go.
