After water damage no ring on 6100.Please help! - GSM-Forum

After water damage there is no ring on my 6100.The phone works perfectly,that is the only problem.I have been flashed the phone,changed the buzzer,clean the contacts but no result.Please help!Regards

I had also such problem. Solved if i changed the audio IC. This is a little black component with BGA 9 pins. The IC was shorted. I changed it, and now it rings...but...no vibra.

I think all we know, that the water is the worst thing for PCB after HAMMER :P
