Unhappy Anothere strange problem of 7610

Hi friends
I have one 7610 with "start up faild" problem.I changed the first flash IC (small) and then tried to flash it UFS but it shows 4 flash address (Fl0,Fl1,Fl2,Fl3) and couldnot flash it.I tried to change another flash IC even with original one butno result. Then I changed to flash IC from another phone to this one but the same problem yet.Why the UFS couldnot detect the phone correctly??( I changed the flash IC of 7610 many times be for without any problem but now...)
If you have any experiance about this problem or have any idea please help me to underestand what happen to my phone.
Thanks for your attention.
Best Regards.
