back casing attach ?????

i have this n91 phone that when i put back the back casing it just hang???
i tried the pen tool solution on the other thread. safe mode format on the hard disk. then i update the firmware same thing it just hangs. any one can suggest any solution??

I haven't faced this problem before but i have heard about it, & obviously i see it's hard drive detection problem (when you put back cover which contain a magnet it effect a magnetic switch on board to detect hard drive) , this problem could be from hard drive itself or from it's reader circuit on board, thus you got many ways to discover;

1- Clean hard drive terminals itself & connector on board very well.
2- Try another trusted hard drive.
3- Check out the hard drive reader circuit on board.
