The Best Solution For Nokia N85 N86 Charging???

Now Days Peoples Suffering From Nokia N85/86 Charging Problems.
This Problem almost caused By Destroying the Charging Base.
Now Some Time When Peoples Soldering the New Charging Base Problems some time solved but some time not.
Forums Have a lot of Solution for it.almost all not working.
Now guys Here we should sharing our experience how you solve your Nokia N85/86 Charging Solution.
Because we are also suffering from this problem.
Some Time When we solder new charging base phone OK.
some time it show only charging logo.
Some Time when mistakenly the ic N3303 Damage Phone also stop charging.
Some Time When We solder New Charging Base it show the USB connectivity list,Result Phone have no charging.in this cause some of the charging base points miss.

Now Guys Plz post here the successful Stories and the Solutions Pictures.and You Peoples Should to decide which solution the Best one for Nokia N85/86 Charging.

Here i am Posting the solotion checked by us,almost not work for us

BIG thanks Brother.....But we have some problem.Please Rename your pics with perfect name and problem, coz when some body searching any problem in google then we will can't find your pics.your pics are renamed with alphabetcal or nomaricaly. any way thanks again for good posting. keep it up.

Observation:Today i receive a N85 with destroyed charging base and its points,
i only connect the one ground and the positive line.

Result:Only USB list and no charging on screen.

We did make all lines from charging base to the desire pints.phone charging well and also USB connectivity.
we will pref-are the following solution

I get a N86 which Charing Base all points are Dem-aged i connect all points.
But No USB Connectivity and also not taking Charge.
i found the ic N3303 you can check in above picture is missing,i did not find any help about this ic in schmatic.
So wanna need and info-help or jumper about N3303,any one have????

it is just a diode like zener diode as in nokia 1110. if it is shorted out all the positive charge voltage goes to ground. it this one is removed the charging voltage goes to the other related parts of circuit. thats all

as i noted that one of N86 was showing only charging symbol in power off mode,
Not taking charge,(the points was destroyed,i make.)
when i remove the N3303,the symbol was gone and no response of charge.
i checked the positive point well going to other parts,this was due to charging base destroyed.
