hi i have check mobile-tech on how to replace BGA ICS,but there is one problem that is not clear to me .when u remove BGA ICS there is always some BALLS+FLUX on d PCB.do we use hotair to remove the ball/there is a liquid that is use to dissolve d balls b/4 replacing d ic.

Just put some flux solution, then you can remove the balls using a soldering iron with a good tip; but you have to clean after with a desoldering wire.
