How To Make Reball On Bga Ic Plz Tell Me
I Have Bga Ic Tin Ball Plathing Kit
But I Dont Know How To Use

there is a few ways i have seen.

place IC in holder, place stencil over top. now paste solder onto the stencil and it push through the holes.

now i have seen people heat the solder with stencil in place and also after stencil removed.

just remember heat around 300deg and low air to stop solder moving...

there is also solder ball method, you put stencil to ic then pour on solder balls before heat.

there is a good video on this procedure posted last week in this forum
