The 1N4148 diodes are verey verey common ,they are the basic
universal levels of diods. U'll find them in any electronic PCB,toy,
calculator, clock , ect.
The IC 74Hc14 is a hex (6) "schmidt " inverters , U can replace it
with the 74HC04 ( the same ) but U'll lose the (schmidt) facility
wich is importatnt for the stabelity of the pulse streem interfaceing.

building cables

It's me again, netdragon!! well thankyou 4 replying. i'll try 2 find the diodes in calculators or electronic PCB'S. well, as i mentioned i built the cable without the diodes. when i connected it with my 7110 i tried 2 read the phone with Rolis, it read and mentioned something like : MCU chk less and asked me 2 save the file it was only 4kb. i emulated communication with knok but said can't find ppm block and try overrule flash file. well you might say that why didn't i read the phone with knok?? bcoz when it's time 2 switch on the phone knok says cannot prepare phone on the other side, with rolis when it read a part of it @ the status it's written NSE-5 phone not accept flash read command AFTER HAVING SAVED THE 4KB flash file!! now my phone is saying : contact service. What do i do now?? do reply. by the way is 1N4148 included in data cables? & another question: will data cable flash if i uses a converter 25pin>9pin?? plz do reply i'm very desperate!!

If you just want to unlock it, it's easier to use an M-BUS cable, because it uses only two wires, and the software (i use the old nokia tool buid 34) works fine with earlier models !!

it can also display security code for new models, and can perform full factory reset for some phones wich even don't accept the displayed security code !!

I've ever build that flasher and I complete it successfully. IN4148 diode was the very common diode.
So just build it as in the schematic!!!!!!!
Don't use the 25 to 9 pin converter cause flasher uses 25 pin (LPT port) that in 9pin (Com / RS232) has no that kind of pin in it. IF it is still no success.... buy it. It was very cheap.

Djo

Hi! this is an easy one to build... I don't have pictures of it! U need only to worry, about capacitor polarity, the way you put the diodes in the cirtuit! in the capacitor, the negative pin (-) will go to ground. For the diodes, that | representes the black circle in the diode itself! i assume you know the chip pinout... oh, and another thing... you dont need to put all those signals in the mobile! for example, 3310 don't have Btemp.

Hope it helps...

Regards...
