use service manual. One side of power buton is GND, second goes to nearby resistor. No problem to find it with service manual.

U mean a Pad is missing?

facing the pcb up with the power button looking up,
connect coppa wire from the lower right leg of the power button (which is the positive) to the intersection of of two resistors on the top right side of the pcb

NOTE: the two lower legs of the power button are positve while the two upper legs are ground
