Have a similar problem with C3. 3,6,9, doubling up with *,# and 0.
Do I have to replace the two Z chips or is the fault elsewhere?
Can anyone shed some light on this, thanks.

i faced the same problem but i discovered the line is cut from cpu...i changed the keypad drivers and made jumpers still dint do...the line for that 369 has not life on that print under glass ic.
