C3 00 rm614 light solutions

hello bro...
Need help for c3-00_rm614 light on lcd and keypad not working, i'm check line on pcb is ok than i'm change ic light,l2303,and more componen light only problem not solve,
any solutions bro,,
please help,,share your idea...

Yg udah aku process :
1. Ic light, result not solve
2. Cek jalur dari komponen led, normal semua

ada gak jumper ic led
untuk hape ini....

Kulo ga eneg gambar ne,sorry yo,coba kaki konektor lcd paling kanan bawah di jumper ke R di bawAh block ic lampu yg sebelah plg kiri.
