c3-01 white then black screen, but w/ welcome tone

strange problem, c3-01 white then black screen, but w/ welcome tone and can make and recieve calls

i already try new lcd's and replace display ic's but, and i also try flashin, but same problem,

any idea pls

x2420 lcd clean the connectors from corrosion and resolder (if necessary)
check its working voltage lcd C2421 and L2421 (vio_lcd = 1.8 V)
check its working voltage lcd C2420 and L2420 (vaux_lcd = 2.78 V)
if both the working voltage is not out of the jumper can be working voltage equal value
if you still like the original lcd ic change both its
