C45 not charge (battery ind. blinking)

When I plug charger to C45, battery indicator only flashing ( blinking ).....
without "arrow" in battery! What is wrong?

C45 is a little water damage!

I'm clean PCB with alcochol and rehot..... but still the same problem!

Is possible that this is SW problem?

check connection middle pin of batt. connector to capacitor beside it. or replace capacitor.

I'm check resistance of middle pin of battery connector and was 1k8 Ohm...On good phone was cca 18kOhm!
Then I'm clean with alcochol and rehot all elements ..... and now is 18kOhm

on middle pin!
And phone good work!
