c7 restart with sim card..
i have flash it with latest software and erase and same problem self test all ok

try emergency call in off line mode
if phone restart check signal modul RF,PA or FEM modul
#2 option insert dead sim card
if phone restart check vsim

boss base on my experience my always remedy for this is reheat power ic or the pearl/gazoo or replace it if still desame i hope i could help you!!!

some china mobiles flash &formet ok but go to unlock see conection time out way not come normol mode

c7 restart with sim ,i change power ic but problem same iflashed latest version and downgrade also problem not solved any boby know this solution.................plz help wats is perfect solution

I have same problem with my 701 and i change the Pearl IC but same problem without sim its work good and if i put the sim then its restart again and again.
Now any one tell me what is the solution of this.......?

i have a nokia c7 flashed to the LASR VERSION WITHOUT SIMCARD WORKS GOOD BUT WHEN I PUT A WORKING SIMCARD,AND I TRY TO MAKE A CALL THE POWER OF.
WHEN I PUT A DEAD CARD THE PHONE DON'T POWER OF.

ANY IDEA PLZ
