can not write flash up from 3D0000 adress - GSM-Forum

I am discovering one problem ,,one 3310 in contact service ,,and writing full flash is impossible because all flasher stopped at 3D0000 adress where start eeprom area ,,I change flash IC ,,ST electronic is inside ,,with new one ,,but problem still persist ,,, erasing and writing is OK ,,but when flasher come to 3D0000 adress ,,it stopped ,,,

what is going on ?

try change your RAM
