i found one
but it's iemi rebilder
it can fix the ?????????????? iemi if it come for factory or in bad flashe ( if not replce uem) sometime ...
but it build iemi for new uem only
but like this i dont think

well there are one simpler(different possible way to do the thing), if/when LOL the dct4 flash encription is broken its will be possible to patch the flash and manualy insert a new imei that the phone will report to the network........

If you can make UEM with more times eeprom, you can change the imei without change UEM!

it is posible to change imei in dct4 phones w/out changing uem, if... the uem chip is not damaged or it is corrupted cause by flashing, and it must saved the ask file for the original imei of the unit to be repaired, but... if the uem chip was blocked(the serial number) it is in need of uem chip replacement.....these is done only in some countries(do it in your own risk).

i dont think that . but may at the future some way or some where we will find a good solution to this problem . but now you cant repaire imei without changing UEM ...
