Member: 77186 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | sir, 1. you need tools to do that..BGA rework station, tweezers, flux, solder assist, soldering gun, soldering wick, cutter and new UEM. 2. clamp the board, so when you pop up the UEM the board will not move. 3. heat the UEM (only), so the other parts will not damage. until the balls is melted. ( i think, you know if it is melted) 4. pop or lift it up the UEM with tip of your cutter. (your cutter must be sharp and tiped.) 5. after you pop it or lift it up. take it with tweezer... 6. you will see the lift over of glue and lead. (First) clean the lead using solding gun and soldering wick and then try to clean the glue by using you your solder assist or your cutter by applying a small amount of heat. ( becare full of the pattern not to lift) 7. clean it, and replace the UEM. ( i forgot, you need a software to fix the IMEI on your UEM. UFSx, Griffin or anything that can fix the IMEI) 8. hope that it help you..... 9. know more here.. http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=157093 regards |
