I have a nokia 6120 the problem is when I charge it leaves me 2.8v

How phone reacts to charger insertion?
1. No any reaction of phone.
2. On the display an inscription: "is not charged".
3. On the display an inscription: "the charger isn't supported".
4. At connection the charger indicacion goes, but battery is thus discharged.
