cobba repair for dtc3 with 0000f help - GSM-Forum

heelo,
i have a nokia 3310 which had contact service .
even after flashing and updating faid id it is not repaired can someone tell me how to programm cobba

I suggest you remove the cobba from the board and replace it if it has a cobba id of 000000F. Or if you do not have a new cobba reball the cobba and replace it onto the board. Probably cobba has bad board contact.

try put good cobba and check -> cobba vs pcb board contact(all pins)
And check components what's stay around cobba chip to visual diffect.

go round board with rework station works for me

change cobba and the change ccont if doesnt work
use eeprom tool 3.1 and test the DSP if its ok then check the small chip near cobba is it and chip missing
if u use eeprom tool to test the DSP if the program pop up
DSP ALIVE FAIL <== then u have to change CPU

thanx a million for the replys.after changing cobba i managed to break contact service but the cobba id still shows ooooo i have tried on four of them withoyt any results

anyways some ones bound to stumble on the solution himself
i will wait for a affirmative tested reply
