COBBA serial ,,COBBA parallel - GSM-Forum

can anyone tell me differance .... i have 2 8210 one with COBBA serial faild? other with COOBA parallel faild?

Hello There are serial bus and pararell bus in side cobba IC so in these case you just need to reflow the cobba your problem will be solved, but if your cobba legs are broke,then good luck you have to change this ic. <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

Can't you just reball the COBBA IC with BGA Plating kit?
