COBBA serial faild ,,,this was the result from wintesla self test.....what to do ...?<br />phone was working very well but loosing network sometimes but contact service happen after rehot BGA parts........<br />i need to overcome contact service please help!!!

hello <br />i think its a hard ware problem ..i was dont many phones like that <br />try to resold the cobba IC by heating it ..its a bad contact for its pins ..as i think

Use good flux and reflow COBBA IC. If wintesla still reports cobba serial failed.. you'll have to reball COBBA IC using BGA Tool Kit. goodluck

Ye, it's a hardware problem. Be carefull rehoting COBBA - some balls connects and the one way of solving this prob is reballing COBBA IC using BGA Tool (no other ways). Sorry...

thanks for help...<br />i have liquid flux and gel flux and hot air station and i used both before for simillar problems but i have dead phones......so what to use?<br />and how hot must be hot air for rehot?
