full erase it dan write new ver of ur mobile dan write pm if ur prob is solved dan its oky or remove ur sim ic ..

contact service 75% remove by flashing+writePM+unlock. 25% hardware problem.

mostly it is software... full erase then flash with latest version and write good pm solves ur problem.... but some times it is due to hardware like sim ic and i also solved some phones by changing keypad ic... it is strange but worked for me....
