Damaged solder pads ? Is there any way to repair them ?

People keep asking me if i can repair damaged solder pads where leds have been ripped off the board or where power switches have been pulled off.

Is there anyway to make the solder stick to the contact ?

one way to do it is use some super glue to stick the new acting pad. This however is according to where you are using it. If it is the switch then it msut be strongly and firmly held else it wil lgive way.

super glue is conductive ? what about connection from

i use diod's or resister's thick wire. one side at pcb's ground
