Dark LCD after flashing

Hi i got this porblem with 2 nokia 3100, 1 nk6100, 1nk 3120
After changing the language using UFS flasher, the phone turn on but the LCD still dark (even if the handphone is working correctly), like for siemens M55 after flash

I tried on another working handphone , the LCd is working well; so i think that my problem is due to a value contained on the flash i used (note: i used the same flsh file, it's working good)

does anyone can help me how to resolve this problem, how to set up the correct display settings?

why ? to avoid non-soldering component ( to be sure that all component are soldered to the board)
How ? using any hot-air station or IR-station (i am using IR-station)
