why changing of flash ic in dct4 in some phone (1100,3100,3120)causes imei ?????????? .........what step should be taken to avoid this problem except changing UEM ..reply with a solid reason and plzz also tell the steps to be taken to save our imei if set is in dead condition n we have to change flash ic.

If set is in dead condition and we have to change flash ic then write any RPL file (correct ASIC) or read ASK file and send it to receive RPL file. Unlock it and

change uem and write rpl file.
