Member: 4398 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | 3310 - some keys dont work numbers 1,6,9,0 there is no corrosion or any water damaged on the phone. the phone has had leds fitted but i cant see any damage from them. when you press key 1 sometimes it brings up number 4 on the display. does anybody know what this is and how to fix it, i only have knowledge of reflowing, ledding, i cant resolder components on the board, thanks for your time. |

Member: 4274 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 18 | @simbirley: try to flash phone with good or fresh PPM+MCU file... if still the same try to check or replace R414, R415 and V415... or do some continuity test between keys grouping... keys outer circle: Clear/1/4/7/* = in group and goes to R415 and pin 5 of V415 0/6/9/# = in group and goes to R414 and pin 4 of V415 if after some checking/replacing of components and problem still the same try to reflow or apply a minimal heat underneath (heat up on PCB) the mad... just be careful in heating up the mad... |
