Dead Dct 4 phones ,flashes but still dead

I got Dct 4 phones , 6310i and 7600 to be precise, i do complete flash on the phones using ufs ,everything went well , but the phones are still not coming on, whenever i try to switch them on , they come on slightly like a blink.

Also while the phone is connected to the box and i try to go into normal mode, its always impossible with a fatal error message.

Any suggestions regarding this are highly appreciated.

try to reflash the phone, with different version of flash files..
Maybe the power switch (as you said it flashes fine)
If problem still persist, possibly looking at UEM.
