Desperate for help please (it's been the 2nd time)

Hey, i'm gonna try and restrain myself from insulting my phone company.

This has been the 2nd time in 3 weeks i had to go change my f'n phone at fido. And this is the 2nd time i come back home without any help. I have a Nokia 5200, and everything worked great until around 1st January, 12:05 A.M when people started calling me to say happy new years.

After my last call, for 2 days, my network wasn't reachable. A screen would pop-out saying ''No Network Coverage''. The fact is, i wouldn't mind not having a phone for a few days because it has been relaxing and distressful haha.

However, i live with my friend in an appartment and my cellphone is the only handset that my boss can reach me.

If there is anyone who could help me solving this problem as i have never taken out the sim card, neither did i change any settings.


Anyways, i hope someone can help me please
