Display problem on nokia 2730 - GSM-Forum

Hello everybody!

I'm posting here because i have a problem: my nokia 2730c felt down on the floor and since then the display is working but looks like this:

and when i turn it on the image is shaking a bit, before it becomes stable after a couple seconds. Colours are wrong and a lot less clear than before, plus weird orizontal lines appeared under every character. Everything else is still fully functional.

I'm not an expert, as im sure you already guessed

, and im not able to do much on the phone, but i can easily open it and change the display after buying a new one online... the question is, is it the display that is broken? will i solve the problem changing the LCD? or its something worse and more difficult to solve that broke down of the hardware?

I doubt i have the skills and tools to test what you suggested, but thanks for your reply

! what i was mainly interested in knowing is, from the description and the pictures, its possible to guess that changing the LCD could be a solution to the problem or not... if it is, i'll surely try that.

Just to inform those who will read this post, that changing the display has been the solution to my problems. Thanks to those who replied anyway, glad i didnt need to try that way
