E51 restarting - GSM-Forum

Hi, I've a Nokia E51 that restart when I turn it on. Sometimes I see nokia screen. Putting it in local mode, I've upgraded firmware to 400.xx but the problem persists. What can I do?

be more explicit what box use, etc but from my point of view i think are 2 problem:
1, reflash (not update firmw.) whit latest vers and make full ui defaul
2, water damege in this case use a ultrasonic cleaner and read a manual service

I use JAF and I've reflashed, but the problem persists. Doing self tests, it fails test ST CDSP TX PLL PHASE LOCK TEST, what is it? Thanks!
