E63 vibration only, flashing done ,solution please....

E63 flashing done with v501.21.001 via fbus cable , with usb getting error..!!

but can't factory reset...and not getting local mode also,

i changed power ic and betty and rehot cpu... but no luck..

anybody have solution...please...
