E65 disassembly/assembly problem

Hi, few days ago I disassembled two working Nokia E65.

After the assembly, the displays of both phones are black with little backlight. I tried everything, disassembling and assembling phones about 20-30 times, without result.

Do you know where is the problem? I guess I'm making something wrong in the assembly, but I don't know what.

Thanks

If you were observant, you would realize that the display flex is plugged in a socket on the main board where there are three shiny ICs which deal with display and backlight. You might have damaged them while removing the flex especially if you did not use appropriate srt 6 tool to detach the flex from the pcb, so please check for any damage.
