I have Nokia E65 which power OFF itself

can someone tell me the solution please

what's exactly the problem?
1- power off immediatly.
2- ------ --- after few minutes.
3- or other

after power on with sim card its goes off with in 5 minutes

if with sim card goes off,,,that is PA(power amplyfire).change it.
if witout sim,,maybe that is power ic,,,reball or replac that,,
