808 touch doesn't work and its screen lights are always on

My Hardware technician got a 808 that had charge problem and he removed

metal shield from the board to change charge IC but didn't solve than changed

power IC still same than he find out that its charging base was wrongly replaced

and charging problem solved but got a new problem that touch doesn't work screen lights are always on .

Please guide how to solve it and what might caused the problem ?


P.S touch is OK and it was working before removing the metal shield from the board

first rehot touchscreen supporting components
if it is still as before:
try changing its touchscreen
check its touchscreen path
