it's not possible becuase it's DIGITAL MIC, not analog one like in previous nokia model. you need to understand what digital means, you can't make some wires, solder from any other model (except compatibile).

here
u need to change the mic get it from a dead phone or new one
did one with e51 with lot of care coz of charging jack

I have E71, Bord is broken bottom of the batt connector......
now no Mic and network.........any solution ?????
