faulty nokia 8210 screens - GSM-Forum

many nokia 8210 screens go faulty,charcters scroll upside down and screen dont work properly ,note it is not phone software or faulty phone,it is the green contact "elastamas" replace with new from 6110 models and fault will disapear for good,remember to lift earpiece legs out.

Yes, pluse remeber to PUT NEW speaker each time it'rs removed (stated by Nokia)...but this is offtopic anyway...
Ps. Is the junky screen
(Darker and lighetr in some parts)
caused by the same problem
or by (by some ppl) dirt in the contacts?
