there are some solutions available. But your mode of posting a question is not proper. You vent even mentioned the model of Nokia phones. For which model you need to convert band?? SO pl post ur question with full details. ANd before that you should have used the SEARCH function. Regards

Wat type of Tunning ? hehe.. why you just jumping into the pond when you dont know how to swim.

Collective modification on both the sides are necessary to convert such 1900mhz phones. I want to say: hardware mods as well as software manipulation needs to be done. Some very useful pictorial guides available at all pinoy forum. YOu search n you gonna get those files.

first change the PA and 2 little transistor near the crystal dont ask picture you have to compare with 3350

please you look at the board deign to see that the pf and the if filters is not same as use for gsm 900 and 1800 mhz

the modification available only for 3390 to 3350 or 3330
