how to hard format nokia 3650..i try use 3 button ( green button..star button and no 3 button ) to format but not functioning...did anybody can help me...tq

You can do Full Factorty Reset: Press *#7370*

but when switch on the phone is white screen only..

Try to Flash Phone: MCU+PPM.
