3315 detects 4.01V v using ACP-7X (slow charger) - GSM-Forum

I have this problem with aa 3315 water damaged phone, i already reball the parts uBga ICs, and tried to charge the phone with a :-

ACP-7X (SLOW TRAVEL CHARGER ORIGINAL) and checked at the + - battery pins without battery and i fouind out that the multimeter detects 4.01V from the phone (normally is 3.61V - 3.66V).

And i use a ACP-8E (FAST TRAVEL CAHRGER ORIGINAL) and the multimeter detects 0.02V (Normally is around 3.67V - 3.70V).

So i tried to change the CHAPS. And the problem still the same. After that, I changed the CCONT. The problem still the same, And then i change the PA's too, but the problem sitll the same, please assist!!! There is no broken links between the tracks of the normal track broken issue ( near the CHAPS) and i already check the fuse too , still the same.

Please assist!!!!

in most cases there are 2 the problems that your phone works too slow.
1-flash ic (if it is water damage you can clean it)
2-32.768 khz time clock(you must listen the ring if it is too slow you must change it)
you have to try the second first becouse is too easy .

after you must flash the phone

i already full flash the phone cos it's a water damaged phone, which the phone sometimes turn on and sometimes won't. i suspect the flash ic which makes this sometimes turn on sometimes don't prob. but i don't think the 32.768khz prob cos the ring tones runs perfect (no slow at all) no signal up and down too. But i don't think the flash ic will cos the voltage abnormal while charging!!! Right?

Thanks for your kind help guys. But I still needs more answers from this problem of the abnormal charging valtage.

what u mean slow charger ?
the bat. bar going up n down slowly ?
if so , change 32,768 khz
tested!
