glass ics strange problem


hi
friends i changed some many of glass ics but it working 1 r 2 days working but still same problem ex 7610 keypad ic 6600keypad ic, 1600 lighting ic i changed , complaint was reapted . what is the problem any of mistake of me to changing glass ics new ics or working or not plz send me solution

Iam also facing same problem.i can replace any IC except glass.Is there any tric or extra precautions.iam taking antistatic precautions also.all members need to discuss on this topic.

br use liquid flux to solve this problem this will give the ic flows[when rehot it allows correct automatically place the ic& also withstands the heat]

Yes i also facing glass ic problem when i replace with new glass ic it works for 3 to 4 days and again give same problem and i am using liquid flux but no use the problem is same

I have been changing kepad and other light ics since 2005 even now Idint face sucha problem some tims brother u may not have fixed the IC s properly while fixing these kind of Ic dont use that much air and heat as we do in the case of normal bgas after fixing clean the area properly with propalyneand dry it.If it happens only to a particular set it may be a problem related with its cpu or do one thing remove the legs of the new ic and reball it this worked many timesor fix it withoutlegs pressing it all the best...........dont overheat the cpu

Use Amtech Original Flux (paste) Your Problem Will Be Solved. I Also Faced The Same Problem Few Months Ago But After Using The Paste There Is No Problem.
